LGBTQ+ family building—explained
We take your family dreams seriously. Our centers proudly provide compassionate and effective treatments for same-sex couples, gender-diverse people, and gay and lesbian singles. Whether it’s IUI, IVF, or surrogacy, our team will support you.
Your provider will recommend a treatment plan based on your goals. Here are some common services:
IUI
A straightforward option for people with ovaries and a uterus, intrauterine insemination is a simple treatment where known or donor sperm is placed in the uterus near the time of ovulation. Our centers generally conduct fertility testing beforehand to ensure maximum success.
IVF
In addition to the traditional indications for IVF, there are other ways that IVF can be beneficial for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. For example, reciprocal or shared IVF allows one partner to contribute eggs, while the other partner can carry the pregnancy. If only sperm is available, donor eggs and a surrogate can be used.
We care about you, and we care about your future family. When you visit any Ivy Fertility center, you are in a safe space.
“As a gay couple of color, we’ve had many unsavory experiences during our long IVF journey. As such, we are very grateful for the wonderful experience with the clinic as a whole.”
